General photo delivery is 1-2 business days after on-site appointments. If you need to rush delivery, please let us know. Video delivery is 1-3 business days.
Appointment cancellations must be made within 24 hours if possible. Focused Real Estate Photography does not charge cancellation or rescheduling fees, even if we arrive at the shoot and it is not ready. We know that things happen, and our goal is to be as close to part of your team as possible.
Please ensure the home is ready for photography at least two hours before the scheduled appointment time. This helps us capture the best possible images and keeps everything running smoothly. Because we cover a wide area, the appointment time may need to be a bit flexible, whether slightly earlier or later. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! Please note that if the home isn't ready, we may need to reschedule, and additional fees could apply. Also, to ensure a seamless shoot, please make sure no other contractors (such as lawn maintenance, painters, or construction) are scheduled on the day of the shoot at any time, no cars/temporary constructions/storage moving pods are blocking the view.
Focused Real Estate Photography retains all image and media copyrights. You will receive a limited copyright license agreement for use of the photos while you are representing the listing.
